The property itself was beautiful and extremely well located, within walking distance to everything we wanted to see in Edinburgh. "Easy to get to from Gyles Center Tram Station can see it from the station. Clean Budget hotel good for a one night stay. No restaurants on site and shops in the mall close early but it was easy for me to walk to the Delta for a healthy supper in their lounge."

"Location, Location, Location. We were about half way up the Royal Mile. Everything we wanted to do in Edinburgh was walkable from the hotel or close to the tram. Be clear to read everything about the hotel. There was not daily room service and cleaning but towels and everything we needed were readily available during our stay. The hotel was clean and we loved having a small kitchen and plates and dishware so that we could eat breakfast in our room. Bed was a large queen and comfortable. Location was superb."
