Welcome to L'Île-Tudy, just 350m from the beach (5 minutes walk) and 2 km from the point and the port, where this superb house classified as a 4-star tourist accommodation welcomes you for a comfortable stay in Pays Bigouden. Fully equipped to accommodate up to 8 travellers, it has a wi-fi connection, a closed garden and a terrace fitted with garden furniture, barbecue and fire pit, ideal for sharing summer meals. Swimming, water activities and walks along the seafront will punctuate your holidays.



Inside, enjoy a modern and fully equipped independent kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher) to prepare your meals as if at home. For your breakfasts, kettle, toaster, filter coffee maker and Dolce Gusto machine are at your disposal. Share your meals around the large dining table for 8 people or opt for the outdoor one on beautiful days. In the evening, relax in the living room, comfortably seated on the sofa facing the television.



The house has 4 bedrooms: three are equipped with King Size beds (180x200 cm), one of which can be converted into two single beds, and the fourth has two single beds (90x190 cm).



Two bathrooms are at your disposal: on the ground floor, a large bathroom with a bathtub, shower and hairdryer; upstairs, a bathroom with a shower and toilet. A second toilet is independent for added comfort.



You will find a washing machine and a tumble dryer in the laundry room.



A large garage is also available if you wish to park your car.
