"Self check in was down, did multiple call were of no help after 1 hr. Meet another tourist who was able to commicate in Japanese and help to check in thru phone. Accommodation was near to train station and supermarket"
"The hotel appears to be quite run-down and the rooms are of rather poor condition. I hardly spent anytime at the hotel besides resting and washing up. The area is convenient with supermarkets and restaurants/cafes. The subway station is just a few minutes away. "
"The staff were always so accommodating. The train station is 3 minutes walk away and that area has a lot of small eateries and lots of 24hr convenience stores"
"Next to the train station so it's really convenient to move around. Lots of dining/shopping options within the area. Hotel is very nice and a offers a delicious Japanese style breakfast. Would definitely recommend and will consider staying at this hotel. Staff are really nice and accomodating."

"My wife and I stayed in a newly renovated room at the hotel for 3 days in mid-August.
The Room
We chose a smaller room which was extremely well appointed despite being smaller than the average north American room. The room had been redesigned from the ground up and exceeded all of our expectations. The Queen size bed and bedding was very comfortable. There was a built-in desk with a mini bar as well as shelves that provided plenty of room to store items. The bathroom included a shower and tub as well as a bidet toilet. The bath amenities were also high quality and plentiful. All the staff we encountered were great.
Location
The hotel is located in a safe quiet neighborhood near a mall and the main train station. There were plenty of restaurants and a 7-11 and Family mart a block away.
I would highly recommend the hotel due to its location, staff and room quality."
"Great economic hotel. As any other hotel in Tokyo with the same amenities is small but comfortable. Still, you get all the services from a high end hotel. Very good located and accessible. "
