"I loved this hotel ! Very clean and organized . You don’t see anybody but you can communicate with them via email and this app. You have everything you need , small kitchen ( 1 small stove, medium size fridge, kettle and even a rice cooker ) I stayed 6 nights and you have supplies in your room .. even cleaning products in the kitchen + toilet in case you need them . They will provide you with a manual with instructions for everything ( recycle / garbage , all the controls for TV / heater/ Ac / vents ,etc) Very convenient location.. very close to the subway, a grocery store across the subway and multiple convenience stores around even one across the street. I would stay again in the future . "

"The room was the standard Japanese shoebox, but the beds were comfy, the amenities were there, and the price was great. Hotel was clean, VERY conveniently located next to a station, and the breakfast was very tasty, with a decent mix of Japanese and western foods. You can judge a hotels clientele by whether they have natto in the breakfast spread or not. Obviously most people will be staying here if they are going to the Disney resort, just keep in mind there is literally nowhere to put your luggage in your room. We have a double twin room and we barely had anywhere to put our backpacks. lol but all in all, great hotel! Also there is a Lawsons basically in the lobby"

"We had a wonderful experience at the Livemax in Ayase! The room was clean and the staff was very helpful and courteous. I had a chance to speak in English and practice Japanese! What an awesome experience! This hotel is close to shopping and close to the train station. "

"The hotel is very clean, staff are very friendly and helpful, beds are really comfortable and the hotel is located right across from the Yashio train station. This was the perfect place for us (family of 5) to stay for the night. Great price too. Highly recommended."
