Great location close to CBD and local shops. The units are set back from the street so the rooms don’t get traffic noise. Friendly helpful staff. The only drawback was getting suitcases up the outside stairs.

Location is great, near wineglass lookout and beach.

Check out was cumbersome with no one available at the desk early, however the night before I was assured the office would be open at that time.

Don’t stay at this hotel on a Friday night if you like sleep. We stayed for 2 nights to finish off our trip to Tasmania before flying home but the hotel is next to/on top of a night club that had live music Friday night that we could hear even in our room on level 8 and less loud music Saturday night. I was going to request to move rooms but read similar reviews where people were moved to the other side of the hotel and it was just as bad so didn’t bother. Check in was quick but dropping the car off for valet at check in meant we had to do a few laps of the block before a space to stop near the hotel was available. Cars are taken off site and you’re asked to give 30mins notice when you wish to use it so just something to keep in mind. The hotel has 3 lifts but one was out of order for the duration of our stay and on two occasions had to open the lift door with our hands when it arrived on ground floor. The room had all the usual things you come to love about a reliable brand and the room was spotless.
