"Stayed here for the breezy concert from Ohio, drove all the way here. Complementary valet parking. Concert was at ford field they provided free shuttles to the stadium. Mind you an Uber is 59.99 for a six minute drive… THE ROOM IS WORTH IT.
But when got back from the concert, blankets and pillow was obviously not cleaned. Went to the front, told them… it’s like 1:30am at this point, finally got new ones then spoke with the night manager he was extremely insensitive to us never once said sorry. I was beyond mad, woke up and checked out. Spoke with the manager, she was VERY professional, friendly and helpful. Showed her the pictures and videos, she refunded the stay and that was SO unexpected. They care about customer satisfaction here and the hotel is AMAZING."

"So lucky to have found this hotel! Skyline has been operating less than a year while they renovate the property. Surprisingly there was very little noise and the finished area is very nice. The staff are helpful and friendly. The lobby is pleasant. The bed was very comfortable, the shower was strong with plenty of hot water and good quality products. Food in the restaurant was okay to excellent - the chicken Caesar wrap was the best I’ve ever had. And the airport shuttle runs every 30 minutes. Even in the middle of the night! I know where I’m staying next time I fly to DTW. Thanks Skyline!"
