Enjoyed the brief two day stay - clean, convenient, good area, and affordable. Room is recently remodeled with a modern look - the mattress needs updating though (uncomfortable). Over all, it is a good place to stay for a temporary visit.

So it was cool they moved us from the second floor to the first since it was just stairs and we had just gotten back from all day at Disney . The room looked “ newly renovated “ but it had no storage and the bed was on some type of metal contraption that you can hear sitting on the bed or just moving around . There was a huge Blackwidow spider in the bathroom window that the property owner came and killed but made it seem like it was no problem. The shower head wasn’t seated correctly so it sprayed everywhere and al the soap and towels were in the sink area away from the shower area… oh and the tv was busted… we should have just stayed in the hotel were were previously in and extended our stay there

I checked in in the evening and there was a note taped to the window saying “back in 20 minutes.” I looked inside and saw a blanket on the floor and realized that the night guy was sleeping right there on the floor. I woke him up and he was barely functional. The room was in poor state but clean. I jammed a chair under the door handle for security.

TERRIBLE!!!! First they gave us a room that was occupied by a sleeping weirdo who obviously lived there. Then they kept $25 dollars from my deposit because I used their washcloth to wash the makeup off my face and they said they couldn't clean it off.

They took $200 deposit because I have a service dog and refused to give it back. I also had luggage and jewelry delivered and they kept that as well. Very illegal establishment

I have a service animal. They were rude and charged me 200 extra and refused to put me in the room I booked. The blankets were awful and the floor was dirty in my bare feet. The staff calls every morning at 9 and came in my room uninvited I caught them and nothing was stolen. I had luggage delivered but it was late and they kept it. A $200 28 " white new samsunite

Comfortable stay
Hotel was located by lots of restaurants, stores, gas stations etc. check in was quick! Room was very clean and comfortable! Only down side is they are located on a main busy street and if you’re a light sleeper like myself it might be a problem, was having really good sleep u til someone’s car alarm kept going off at 6:30am! Over a very clean and comfortable hotel!

The man at the front desk (the owner/manager, I presume) could not have been more helpful. Such outstanding service. I required a little more attention with an early arrival then a late return and he was so helpful and kind. People aren't real kind these days and he was just extraordinary at making me feel welcome and taken well taken care of. Thank you!

Overall our stay was okay however I would not stay there again I would prefer one that had a free breakfast continental breakfast in the morning and the queen size bed that we had requested and was no longer an option when we got there so we got stuck with two twin beds
