Love the location, king beds, and very comfortable bedding. My only issue was the internet not working in our room. We asked to move rooms but because we had used the shower they wanted to charge a cleaning fee which seemed a tad absurd since we were only moving due to their internet issues (after I spent about 40 mins on the phone with internet tech)…finally they acquiesced and let us move without charging us. New room internet worked great and didn’t have any further issues. The breakfast was one of the best I have seen in a complementary breakfast hotel. Also popcorn is offered in the evening. Absolutely would stay here again but would want to be in an internet friendly room to start.

This property is very old, but I give it five out of 10 for being all clean. It was did come across a spider in my bed one night and did not like their selection on how you pay for your snacks cannot pay the front desk gal.

Hotel was easy to find and front desk was helpful and friendly. We did come up on a television issue once we got to our room but called front desk and they quickly sent staff to fix the problem. It was a one night stay but it was just what we needed. Would recommend!

Well we checked in were told no smoking or mj. First thing we smelled were cigarettes and then getting off a dirty elevator we were smacked in the face with mj. Walked around to find room and saw trash piled up in the walkways. In the musty room, the sink would not drain and it was clearly unclean. We expressed our concerns but were told we'd have to pay for the night since we purchased through expedia. Worst place ever...avoid!

Price is reasonable for this property. About 25 minutes away from Disney. The room is actually very nice and clean. I loved the sofa that was in there and the bathroom was pretty spacious. There is a BUNCH of shopping and eateries right across the street. Two examples are target, and chick-fil-a. The CONS: - parking, we came back late at night and there was no parking! Got lucky and was able to squeeze into a very tight spot. - staff, staff were overall friendly BUT when I first arrived there was what I think is a “manager” that came in while the guy at the front desk was helping me and the “manager” was being very rude and unprofessional to the guy helping me. You just do not talk to anyone like that. Horrible leadership. overall takeaway: if your looking to not spend an arm and a leg and just visiting for a couple of days this is a great spot.

I didn’t like how they said we couldn’t take our breakfast back to our rooms but watched a lady come a fill a Walmart bag full of breakfast and walked out with it and wasn’t told anything but my kids made a plate to go sit outside and eat it and before they could even walk out the door they where being harassed about taking it back to the room!

The room I had was very noisy it right by a door that people keep going in and out of than people were standing outside my door talking loudly when we were trying to sleep I finally opened my door and told them to be quiet we were trying to sleep then in the morning I was waking up to screaming match a employee yell at one of the guests telling them that they can’t take food to the room the guest getting upset yell back at the employee telling them then I will throw the food right here on the floor so you guys can clean it up went back and forth for a while until another guest that was with him told the guest to shut up or there only going to charge you more for the room I complained at the front desk all she could say I am sorry

I will never stay at Comfort Inn & Suites again and will probably not use Expedia again. I booked a 620 sq ft. suite, it was less than 435 sq ft. Easy to measure with 12" x 12" tiles. The staff was dismissive as was expedia. They said if the website says 620 sq ft, so it's 620 sq ft. Room 248 (Bath is 80 sq ft, living,134.5 sq ft, bedroom 209 sq ft.). Rocket science. Mostly disappointed in expedia for not backing up their customer. Anyone could see it's not over 450. sq. ft as soon as you walk in.

I loved the location because there were a lot of places to shop, eat, and drink. There were a lot of parking spaces available so parking was very easy.

Nightmare Reservation
Never got to stay there as we were rejected for having a small service dog that they classifies as a emotional support dog even though we presented a doctors letter. Told could not bring out dog in as we were driving from San Jose to Huntington Beach. Midway had to cancel the reservation with no success as my iPhone could not process the request. Once I booked another location at the LAX Marriott Resodence Inn at a much higher additional cost of $1640 I was able to cancel the reservation at 5AM online

We were on property for a couple of hours trying to get checked in and the poor girl at the desk was having system issues due to it being down. She had been trying to get the manager on site to come to work for a while to help with check in. The manager finally showed up with many guest that were either still waiting there with some that had left and returned. I asked to have our reservation cancelled so we could find a different hotel but were told they could not accommodate that and would need to charge us still even after Expedia tried to assist. We wil never stay at this property again and will file a complaint with Comfort Inn Corporation directly but not expecting much. This trip was definitely damaged due to the day wasted.
