"My day started off with a bang! My car broke down leaving me stranded with my two chihuahuas for 2 hours on an interstate where the speed limit was 80 mph. After finally getting a wrecker to tow my car and being driven to the hotel it was 11:00 a.m. and even though they normally have a 3:00 p.m. check-in this hotel let me check in at 11:00 and I was so grateful. The room was very clean everything worked perfectly and I didn't have to sit outside till 3:00 with my two dogs and all of my luggage waiting for a room to become available. Thanks to the staff for being so helpful and understanding and not even charging me for an early check in!"

"Everything looked clean, and everything worked. Only downside of my visit was upon checkout, when I asked for a receipt. I was told since I booked it online, it will be emailed to me. Good grief, I need to turn a written copy in. Is it too much to let me verify..while I am there... what I was charged, and provide me a paper receipt? Not impressed!!! "
