"The room was as shown in the pictures and it was comfy. This is a good place for stroking our fork if you’re into hiking and mountain biking. Located above “Out Out” restaurant it is a bit noisy and hot in the room but the windows open easily and let in plenty of fresh air. It did the job for a weekend for a solo traveller but it would be a bit of a squeeze for two adults - the under bed storage is big enough for bags etc and the bed itself was comfy. "We stayed a couple days in Rosewell. Plenty of amenities for me and my family. No AC and we got there on a hot day, so that was rough. But for the price, id say it was worth it!"

"The hotel is in a great central location for walking. I woman at the front desk was just absolutely amazing. Friendly and helpful and a great sense of humor. Her name was Bee for short. The room was nice. The interesting part was the hotel is older and is not equipped with AC. They put portable AC units in the room and vent them thru the window. They also put an oscillating fan in the room as well. I was curious as to how this was going to play out. It went great. The room stayed cold. I mean cold not cool. We stayed in the summer months. The room was spacious, and bed was comfortable. So even with the window open slightly to allow venting from the AC we didn't get any street sounds up into the room. The area is quiet at night. No issues at all and they had black out curtains as well. "
