"We had a wonderful 3 night stay at the circle house. Our host Nina was very responsive. The beds were very comfortable, and there were lots of towels and cozy blankets provided. The kitchen was well stocked with just about everything you might need. The home was clean and is situated in a quiet residential community. There are a few minor updates/improvements within the home I might suggest, but overall I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this rental home highly to anyone. "

Being next to a river was so relaxing, we loved hanging out by the fire pit and enjoying the hot tubThe beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were stocked with everything you’d need. "Check in was seamless. The house was immaculate. The beds were extremely comfortable. The marble bathrooms were straight out of AD, this coming from my wife who is kitchen and bathroom designer. Very quiet for a perfect night's sleep. Brought our own bundles of firewood which made for a perfect Thanksgiving weekend getaway. Less than 30 minuets to Hudson NY for a great shopping experience. The Sonos Playbar along with the other 4 speakers created great ambiance throughout the house and turned me onto a new station KCRW Eclectic. "

"This is our first time starting at a VRBO and we were very impressed with the host and home. We thoroughly enjoyed our time staying in this charming home and would highly recommend it to anyone coming to the Catskills. First off, communication was great, and it was very easy to get into the home. The property itself is spacious and offers lots of privacy. We enjoyed the thoughtful outdoor additions, including multiple hammocks, a fire pit and a stocked woodpile, tables and chairs on both the front and back porches, a hot tub and outdoor games. The house was also well stocked for wine lovers, coffee/tea drinkers, readers, and families with children. We particularly enjoyed that each room had its own temperature control, allowing each person to tailor their bedroom to their preferred temperature and separate from shared spaces. There were so many thoughtful touches that helped us feel at home, including snacks & sodas, coffee, roasting sticks for the fire, air fryer, wireless phone chargers in each room, a pack & play, board games, and extra supplies in the bathrooms. Oh, and not to mention, the beds were very comfortable! Although we didn’t use them, we were also pleasantly surprised to have access to the community’s amenities. Would definitely return to this property."
