"The room was very clean and the staff very helpful and courteous. May I suggest more table space in the rooms so that my luggage could be more manageable. This would help with my disability when unpacking. My handicap room was very helpful in maneuvering with the spacious bathroom. Thanks for a pleasant stay."

"THE HOT TUB WAS NOT HOT AT ALL. THE BREAKFAST WAS DECENT BUT THE EGGS SHOULD BE REAL SCRAMBLED EGGS, NOT THE CHEESY CHEESE OMELETS OR POWDERED . SAUSAGE WAS OK, WOULD LIKE TO SEE A WAFFLE MAKER ALSO, ROOM WAS VERY NICE AND STAFF WAS NICE ALSO"

"The property is set in a small quaint area overlooking the river. The hotel and additional buildings are really pretty and our room was huge and comfortable for three people. The staff were attentive, the beds were comfortable, and the shower hot. We were going to a show at the Basilica Hudson so although it was a short stay, it was wonderful and would highly recommend. We didn’t partake in the restaurant, live music or breakfast, but all seemed to be a great addition."

"A terrific place for a large family get-together on the Hudson River. We were nine adults from 79 to 39, nine kids from 16 to 1, Something for everybody, pickle ball, fishing, swimming, hot tub, game room, karaoke, indoor kitchen, outdoor kitchen, fire pit, lots of outdoor space and outdoor under cover, many, many rooms and bathrooms, plenty of driveway parking, car charger. I can't think of anything it was missing. Capped off with an optional chef served final dinner. Easy two hour plus a little drive from lower NY/NJ area."

"We enjoyed our stay in Athens. Clean, welcoming and comfortable for 6 adults and 2 children. The kids loved the game room and the adults enjoyed the massage chair! We were there for a family wedding near Hudson and the location worked out well.The host communications were timely and thorough so entry and exit information was easy. Overall, it was a wonderful place to stay for our time in upstate NY!"

"House was great but no air conditioning vents downstairs. Maybe not feasible due to age of house. One or two large fans would have helped. Great location and well stocked in every room. Plenty of parking area if you need it."
