"Asked for more towels because we had two little kids in the room and only given 2 and the wet towels were taken so we had the same number of towels. Toaster was broken and the pancake machine barely works"

"Beautiful pet friendly home and just as described. It was welcoming and very clean with special touches and additions that made it feel like home. Lots of essentials and more in the kitchen with plenty of extra towels, blankets, and pillows if needed. The outdoor dining and fire pit were great touches that made our stay even better. Communication with Lisa was wonderful, easy, and quick. The community offerings were fantastic: 2 pools, beach at the lake, basketball court, pickleball courts, and tennis courts! All were utilized during our stay. Even walking the community in the evening with our dogs was enjoyable and relaxing. So many great places around to explore, shop, and eat. We can’t wait to go back. Thank you for a wonderful vacation "

"Stayed one night. Hotel was beautifully situated by the Hudson river and landscape was amazing and well maintained. Room was clean and staffs were friendly. But not quite recommend their breakfast."

"This host left many additional touches to make our stay pleasant - very much appreciated having water bottles in the refrigerator, special information notes, and excellent communication through the VRBO app. This house gets a 10 for cleanliness and was as advertised. We did not use any of the community amenities such as the pool, but the host had left pickle ball equipment as well as basketball and other items that are too bulky to bring on travel."

"The property was very comfortable for 7 adults and 4 children. The location was very good for our two day stay. The price was good when compared to local hotel costs for this size of group.The host answered all our questions very timely and the property access was very easy."
Sleepy Hollow Lake Home w/ Deck, Pool Access!

"A wonderfully peaceful location. We selected this home based on easy access for a college tour. Although it's only a short drive to Albany and Troy, when at the home it was a world away. The home provided all that it stated and a basket full of games to span generations. The neighborhood was great for walking and biking. The amenities could be accessed by biking or driving. There are pickleball courts and several games were happening in the mornings. The owners were very responsive to all of our questions quickly. If our child selects this school we would definitely rent this home again."

"What an amazing property! We just spent 3 nights here for a family vacation, all 20 of us. This home ended up being the perfect place for us. It was spotless, each room is nicer than the next, and there is so much space for everyone to spread out. We spent most of our time outside - between the patio, the pool, the pavilion, the outdoor kitchen/living rm with TVs, the firepits, there was so much to do. Not to mention the basketball and pickleball courts, which were a big hit. The kayaks and dock were amazing, and first ride out on the kayaks there was a bald eagle sighting! One night we had a pizza night, which was so fun. I didn’t think a pizza could cook in 90 seconds, but it did! Lots of fun memories that night. Let’s not forget about that amazing game room, which was a huge hit with our family (my sister thinks she’s getting a Grammy for her karaoke performance). Finally, the host, Jody, was absolutely amazing to work with. He was so helpful throughout our stay and was always available to answer our questions. You can tell he takes great pride in the home, as the amenities and attention to detail really stood out. We can’t wait to go back and are already discussing next year. Overall, would highly recommend!"

"House was great but no air conditioning vents downstairs. Maybe not feasible due to age of house. One or two large fans would have helped. Great location and well stocked in every room. Plenty of parking area if you need it."

"Great place for a large group to spend time together in the Mid/Upper Hudson Valley - especially for an unexpectedly rainy weekend! Charming inside and out, near the resources of Catskill and Hudson, nicely furnished, clean, all the amenities you'd want, accommodates flexible groupings and configurations of guests - we were able to all hang out together, but also get away for quiet alone time as needed. Host is super-quick and responsive about communicating and troubleshooting any little questions that come up. Check in and out are easy."
