"Far from many things but a very beautiful resort"

"We stayed at Argo Pattaya Pool Villa with a large family group (two couples, two babies, and a nanny). The villa is newly built and looks modern. The pool and overall facilities are nice. However, several issues significantly affected our stay. First, cleanliness was below expectations from the beginning. While some areas looked fine, cleaning was not done thoroughly. "Everything about our stay at Andaz was wonderful, the property, facilities, food, and overall atmosphere. What impressed me most, however, was the staff. Everyone was exceptionally friendly, professional, and kind, especially toward my son, who is very chatty. Their warmth and attentiveness made our stay feel truly special. "NO RECORD OF BOOKING EVEN THOUGH DONE THROUGH EXPEDIA (PAY ON ARRIVAL).EVEN THOUGH SHOWN BOOKING NUMBER WOULD NOT ACCEPT. ONE OF THE STAFF CAME FROM THE SAME VILLAGE and knew brother in laws family AND REALISED THEY HAD MADE A MISTAKE , EVENTUALLY WERE GIVEN THE ROOM .THE FAMILY WERE TOLD NOT TO USE OVEN,TV OR DRYER FIRST NIGHT.THE COMPLEX HAD NO CONTACT NUMBER ON EXPEDIA.
