"Was a very cute spot to stay the night at. I like that they had all the amenities. Mini fridge, hair dryer, iron, microwave, because I really needed to warm up left overs and my baby's water for his formula. Breakfast area could use some work. Waffle maker was a bit troublesome. And there wasn't any cream cheese for bagels and no eggs sadly and the juices were lukewarm from the machine."

"We stayed here because it was in downtown Ashland, which was convenient for our planned activities. Our room, while on the top floor and with a nice view, was not as clean as expected. There was popcorn clearly visible on the floor near the sofa from a previous guest; there were visible stains on the carpet; there were coffee(?) stains on the night stand surface; the only glass in the bathroom was smudged and obviously not washed. The coffee maker and the provided "pods" were not compatible so no coffee in the am unless we trecked down to the mezzanine level and carried it back up. Also, the only vent in the room/bathroom was over the toilet area and blew gale-force wind into the bath and shower area. Not comfortable! Won't stay ever again."

"Here’s a tightened version under 1500 characters: We stayed at Lithia Springs Resort previously during the winter and really enjoyed it, which is why we came back. We stayed in the same room again, Room 31, and originally booked 2 nights but added a 3rd because we bought groceries to enjoy the kitchen and wanted another sunny pool day. Unfortunately, this stay was very disappointing. We ended up leaving midday on the 3rd night because my wife couldn’t handle another night in the room with a 2 month old and a 2 year old due to the heat. In winter we never noticed because the fireplace kept the room cozy, but in warmer weather the AC barely worked and was not blowing cold air at all. We brought it up to the front desk and it was treated like this was normal. We were told maintenance would come the next morning, but nobody ever showed up. The pool and hot tub were also much dirtier than our last visit. We understand it’s outdoors with beautiful landscaping so leaves and bugs happen, but it felt like the pool needed more frequent cleaning and circulation throughout the day. Breakfast is an extra $5 in a cute outdoor area, but the food itself was underwhelming. The grounds are beautiful and the room was clean, but for these prices several things should be much better maintained."
