I was upset initially whe.n seeing cockroaches , but Ilit was manageable , other than than daily cleaning and visible staff , good location to food , bus, and shopping , I would stay there again with 5 cans of Black Flag or Raid.

Went overand above any & all of my expectations. Great location, literally shares parking lot with Denny's
The hotel is in bad shape! Hotel staff is very nice and friendly but the property is in bad shape. The room was not clean, smelled terrible and sheets are old and dirty
Laundry service is onky for towels. My bedding was the same for 4 days and the room smelled of smoke. The parking is safe. The service staff try but the system must be letting them down.
Staff were good. The place is loud as heck due to the highway next to it.. even beyond midnight you will hear cars speed by. As I arrived, there was a druggie at my door (something was going on between her and the man next door to me).. place seemed shady at best. I had left my car unlocked (my fault) and she actually sat inside, stole a few items. The room was a tad damp - no idea why.
I would NOT RECOMMEND this place :-(
As always it was great and I checked out only later to decide to make another reservation to stay again. Ironically I got the same room and the soap bar I left in the shower the day prior was still there and the soap dispensers remained empty.

It’s one of the older red roof ends. I’ve stayed in. Kind of dirty. The door doesn’t seal correctly. A hole in the wall that has a piece of paper stuffed in it. The floors are pretty dirty. Well lighted outside. The bed is comfortable. The shower didn’t have much pressure.
Roaches, tv didn’t work, staff was friendly. Probably one of the lesser red roofs I’ve been to but nothing happened to my car & it wasnt too noisy. You get what you pay for so
Check in went well. Room was in very poor condition, smelled really bad. The room looked as if it does not get cleaned but rather just keeps getting looked over and made to look clean enough but smells really bad. Sheets were stained so bad. Location is also very poor, we felt so uncomfortable that we had to leave and move to another hotel in a different area. This place is screaming to be shut down and renovated.

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
The hotel is located just off the interstate which is great. However, the facilities are in need of upgrading, stayed for a week -so it wasn't unlivable but the room needed a new paint job, the floorboards were lifting on one side of the room, the shower curtain wouldn't stay open; therefore the water kept getting outside the shower and into the floor. It also needs a deep clean, the beds were clean but you could tell that there are areas or fixtures that either need to be replaced or bleached. Good for a one time but not staying again.

This property is in distress. My room had a hole in the wall that had been filled with something similar to a Walmart plastic bag. The seal under the door was basically nonexistent and bugs came in and out. The AC worked well. The bed was comfortable. This property is located next to a freeway so traffic sounds never stop. I was awakened at 3 AM with a homeless person or vagrant outside talking loudly. It just is not a very nice place to stay. It has a swimming pool outside, but it is floating with garbage and debris on top of the water. The water is filled with algae and is brown. I can understand if they don’t want to use their pool, but they should drain it and keep it clean. It’s just obvious that the owners or Management have given up.

I had mice in my room.
I caught one and the other was just avoiding the traps like it was well versed on how to avoid them.
