The room was great but the Wifi NEVER and I mean NEVER got past the login page. The pool is not connected to the hotel so there were random people walking in the parking lot looking at us and smiling creepy. Did not feel safe at all because any random person couldve open the gate and came in.

I will start out by saying the girl that works the front desk is the sweetest!!! So very helpful and offered services that we didn’t even think about. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Breakfast was good and everything was very clean. Will definitely be back! Thank y’all!

The new standard for Hampton seems to be Luke warm coffee mornings, noon, and night. Coffee is NEVER HOT. This has been true last several locations. Breakfast quality across the board has diminished. Microwave broken in dining area, no way to warm Luke warm food. This has become a trend. Rethinking our commitment to Hampton which we have enjoyed for several years

Hampton Inn Houston- Pearland

This was the second time we stayed here. They are renovating the hotel so the place is looking brand new. They are still doing construction, probable until the end of 2023, but we did not hear any noise. The employees were very nice and professional. Breakfast was also nice. I hope you enjoy your stay!

This place was a pleasant surprise! Absolutely great experience!!! When I arrived it was literally a 30 second check in. When we got to our room it was super clean and looks like they just remodeled the restrooms so everything was up to par. The bed was super comfortable! Usually I have an ick with hotel beds but this place didn’t give me any weird vibes. The breakfast was delicious, fresh, and hot. The pool wasn’t crowded, maybe needs a little update but nothing wrong with it. The staff was amazing every time we approached them- from front desk to the cleaning ladies. Staff is all approachable and nice! It’s a perfect place to stay with your family or if you need somewhere to stay that’s more quiet. Yes, you have to bring your own bags up, but I would do that any day for the free parking and breakfast that came with your room. Not to mention, check out was also 30 seconds or less! Totally worth it!

I was late arriving and tired the hostess was welcoming, friendly and personable. I enjoyed our interactions. The morning hostess seemed irritated. I'm sure her day got better. The breakfast hostess was very pleasant and helpful.

We arrived about 10 pm and were assigned a room that was right across from a loud party. We switched rooms and unfortunately were placed in a room right next to the elevator equipment which we heard running all night. The next morning we spoke with Marianna who was helpful and told us when we returned in the evening we would get a more favorable room. Eventually our fourth room was quiet and comfortable. I do need to note that the woman who works the breakfast area is very helpful and thorough.

The property overall is very nice and the staff are friendly. However, the walls are paper thin. I could hear the people in the room next to me snoring all night. I was also placed in a room directly next to the elevator. Every time someone entered the elevator, I could hear a really loud screeching sound through the wall which literally kept me awake all night. The front desk did not have any ear plugs that I could use either. Beware of room 316. You will not be able to sleep.
