Stayed one night for the family Christmas party. Very friendly and cheerful staff. Older building but very clean and great for what we needed. Shipleys literally right next door. Conveniently located. Will stay again .

It was an okay hotel, no bugs. A little dirty and run down in the room i stayed in Hair dryer was broken, no trash bags, the mini fridge was dirty it kind of looked like they didn’t finish cleaning it there was a dirty washcloth inside… bed was clean and comfortable though but the blankets were really thin. If you’re looking for a cheap okay hotel, something decent- this is the way to go. Staff was friendly, breakfast was okay! 4/10 stay overall

Great rooms in laporte

Our go to motel when we are in the Laporte area. Always have clean rooms the staff is super nice the breakfast is pretty good if you don't like it there is a Shipley's about 50 feet away

The price was cheap. The hotel looks good from the outside. We rented 2 rooms. they were ok. The breakfast they only had cereal and waffles. For drinks they only had milk and coffee. There wasn't much variety. The kids ended up going to the donut store next door.

Great value, nice room, quiet location

The price per night was the absolute best in the area. Renovations were underway so some rooms had some disrepair, like our bath tub had some rusted spots. Everything was clean, though we did find a roach in its death throes. We stayed multiple nights. We used the laundry facilities, wash was great but dryer needed 2 cycles to dry a full load. It is an extremely quiet place in spite of being at a busy intersection. Great staff and management. The latte machine was heaven sent. Overall, a great stay and the facility is being improved. Recommend now and highly recommend about 6 months from now.

There was a door that leads outide right next to our room. Throughout the night someone kept opening the door amd letting ppl in from the parking lot. When we drove up to check-in there was a man sitting on the side of the bldg with a 24-pk of beer, drinking. Several men sitting in their trucks as well in the parkimg lot drinking. Felt very unsafe for my daughter in-law & granddaughter

My room didnt have hot water so had to shower with cold water, the restroom didnt have a door nob just a hand towel shoved in the hole. I asked to change rooms because of the water situation and the gave me another room on the same floor witch also didnt have hot They also offer a room with a kitchenette with is more expensive but its an induction stove top so i couldnt use my pans called the front desk to ask if they had pans and they said they had 2 but it was a 50 dollar deposit to use them

The room had a foul smell and the sheets were dirty and clearly had been slept on. I went told the front desk and they gave me a different room but then the new room had dirty towels that had been use and were filthy. Will definitely never stay there again and will not advise anyone else to book there.

Clean, quiet, fairly large rooms

Clean quiet and larger rooms then adverage being its an older dwelling. They offer a kitchen for guest's to prepare meals. I however didnt have a chance to take advantage of. If ever in the area in the future, I'll definantly book there again.

Disgusting room and dishonest employee

Room was disgustingly dirty. Husband called the front desk within minutes to let them know the room was dirty - food and hair all over the floor, stained, dirty sheets. He left, went to a better hotel, and when we tried to get a refund through Hotels.com, the hotel told them that he came in, tore the room up and got it dirty then left. I’m assuming it’s to save face since someone didn’t do their job. Look at his timeline. He checked in, called and said he wasn’t staying there because it was so dirty, then checked in at another hotel 15 minutes away, and it all happened within 20 minutes.
