I asked for a smoke free room, and this one is not!! The elevator was not working and my room is on the 4th floor! Big room and small tv, and the springs on the bed is horrible like a jail cell and the sheets and entire room smells like smoke! I need a refund as I am trying to make the best of it!

I hardly ever give any reviews but this time im going to give my review on this jotel chain so initially i book my stay at the 2425 W Sam Houston Prkwy. I book there for the convenience but its been twice they send me to the other location on 3200 Westheimer Rd. Its not much of a difference but this was the second time I dont know if it because we are a damily of 5 and maybe they dont want children. Also their elecator wasnt working having an infant can be difficult to get around. But other than that my stay was decent. Could have been better.

I originally booked the location at Westchase, but they didn't have a room when i arrived and sent me to their "sister property" on Richmond. This location didn't have breakfast as advertised on the listing. There was a roach in the sink and one on the floor. The room was in terrible condition. There were holes and improperly repaired drywall holes in the wall. The bathroom sink faucet was corroded. There wasn't an ice machine available.
