"An absolute fantastic stay, made more special by the hotel, its staff, the location and the standard of hotel. Wonderful room, junior suite with all the amenities you would expect, spacious, spotless, wonderful bed, double shower, mini-bar, coffee making etc. What made the stay wonderful was the politeness, friendliness of the reception staff, super helpful and even more so, it was my partners birthday and the housekeeping staff must have seen the birthday card I had given her on the bedside stand, and that evening there was a knock at the door with a bottle of fizz and chocolates compliments of the staff, an amazing wonderful gesture and example of excellent customer service and communication between departments within the hotel. The location of hotel is perfect too, within the Gothic Quarter and so convenient to walk around town. Cannot praise this hotel enough. "

"The staff was very helpful and kind. They never missed an opportunity to greet us. Location was perfect! Walking distance to Casa Batllo and Casa Mila. Also very close to excellent shopping on Passig de Gràcia. Subway station is also not far and then from there, you can go anywhere in the city! Lobby and reception area was very small, but is to be expected in this area. Rooftop space was very nice and fun to watch the city activity from there. "

"Andrei and Silvia were fantastic. We had a little mix up with our booking (completely my fault) and they sorted it out for us. We chatted with Andrei who was lovely. I would highly recommend this hotel for the staff alone!! The breakfast was great. The street was noisy but not the hotels fault. Just bring some ear plugs and you will be fine. They even let me borrow an umbrella which was the biggest umbrella I have ever seen. Highly recommend. "
