"This beach house was great. Quiet location and very comfy. The secure yard was great for our 2 dogs. Nice trail that connects, just up the street from the house that goes about a mile and half out to the campground and community center, great to take a walk with the dogs. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking meals and the bed was comfy. Great Wi-Fi! Nice sitting in the yard and listen to ocean. Highly recommend!"

"Cari was amazing with meeting our needs above and beyond!! After staying at some rentals, I was packing spices and oils and pans because they were lacking Cari’s home has everything you could possibly need!! And she’s got the nicest stuff she really does take incredible care of her guest!! I really appreciate her attention to detail!! It’s a great place to stay. We will be back actually we’ve already booked February."

"We really enjoyed our stay. Check-in was easy and the kitchen was convenient. I highly recommend kayaking on the Russian River. We had a fantastic tour guide and there were very few people around so we got to enjoy the wildlife. Being from Wisconsin, we have always poked fun at the California Happy Cow commercials. It turns out that the cows in Sonoma County do appear happy. I can't yet vouch for the rest of your beautiful state."

"We stayed here for a 3 generation family girls trip.My daughter, daughter in law, 3 grandaughtets,2 greatgrands and myself.The house was even better than described, very clean well kept home with everything we needed.The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils. The two patios were great for sitting out in mornings and evening. We saw deer, racoons and several different kinds of birds.The beach was a short drive away and we also went went into Bodega for lunch one day. Our host Michael was great with communicating and when I had a question about checkin it was answered quickly. Check in was easy, information on the house etc. was clear and complete. All this made for a fun and very relaxing, memorable time.If i could give this house a 10 I would! We would definitely like to return again!"
