"This hotel was great. We started our trip with a different hotel but it was so bad that we left that place and booked this hotel instead and we are so happy we did. We got an accessible room even though we didn’t ask for one and it was huge. The bathroom in this room was bigger than the whole room we had at the original hotel we booked. The location was great with bus stops right in front of the hotel making it easy to get in and out of the city everyday. And finally huge shoutout to the night time desk crew, Masani, Afzal, and Domingos. These guys were amazing with helping when my mom had an accident in the shower coming to help right away and then helping us to arrange additional transport. We would highly recommend staying at this hotel. "

The superbly trained concierge and service teams made the entire experience a pleasure, and the delicately seasoned Thai specialties like barbequed pork belly with wok-fried spinach were outstanding. In the morning, a traditional cooked breakfast of scrambled eggs, homemade sausage, buttered sourdough toast with the single-brewed coffee of your choice was just the right start for the day. And if you need any special attention, the talented team at the front desk makes it happen effortlessly - and always with a smile. Even their security gentleman at the front door made you feel welcomed. In summary, there is nothing I would change about my extended stay at the Hoxton...! "

"Excellent hotel very close to Heathrow Airport. Be careful because there are a few Radissons and this is by far the best and still reasonably priced. Gorgeous lobby, gym, immaculate restrooms, good breakfast buffet and you can order items off menu as well....very comfy beds. I stayed here twice and it will continue to be my choice anytime i have a layover in London."
