It is a small 12’x24’ house on a working grain and cattle farm. absolutely gorgeous as far as the eye can see. You don’t see farms like this anymore where it’s a working farm with a little road that goes through the middle of it. It is a fourth generation family Farm When you turn the lights out it’s dark! you actually see stars AND lightning bugs there’s all kinds of wildlife!! Like deer turkey doves ( all kinds of birds) beaver rabbits raccoons, skunks, rabbits, squirrels,possums, snakes, groundhogs things like that!! at night you’ll hear an owl and tree frogs. there’s always cattle or horses in the fields joining the yard on two side sides. Woods are across the driveway. It’s a very short drive to Mammoth Cave National Park, KY Down Under, Crystal Onyx Cave, Dinosaur World, Park City, Cave City convention Centre, Green river, Antique Shopping in Horse Cave, KY Kingdom, Beech Bend, Corvette Museum, and so much more for your adventures! There are beautiful views all around the house. Picnic table and fir pit in the yard with a grill. Nothing but scenic fields and trees! Country doesn’t get better than this. There is good phone reception and 500 MB high speed internet

Just 25 minutes from Mammoth Cave National Park! Fabulous restaurants within 5 miles ran by local people. Home made cooking at its finest! People still wave when you meet them on the road. Corn fields. Soya bean fields. Hay fields. Barns still being used. walk on a small road that goes through the farm. Angus heifers in the field behind you.
New build 2021. One lane road surface road gets you there. Barn cats run back and forth between the barn and the cottage. Smart 36” TV. Full size refrigerator, full size stove with oven (4 burners), microwave, toaster , coffee pot and cooking utensils provided. Dishes, silverware, glasses, eating area table & chairs. Queen bed sleeps 2. Full size Washing machine. No dryer we try to be as green as possible.
