"Every member of staff we interacted with was helpful and courteous . Big shout out to the night porter particularly who helped us when our pre booked taxi was a no show . Nice hotel well located for the metro and buses . Room was clean and quiet . Only gripe would be shower over bath which seemed designed to put water everywhere . Breakfast was good if a little chaotic due to volume of people in small space"

"Greeted by a friendly and helpful staff member, smooth checkin process and was able to check in early which was bonus after a 6am flight! The room was compact but exactly what we needed, the decor was modern, clean and there was plenty of plug sockets/mirrors which are often lacking in these compact rooms. Great location super close to the metro station (Fridhelmsplan) which one of the stops on the metro art tour. Such a beautiful city, I’ll definitely be back and would stay here again!"

"Only a short stay but had a nice few days. Facilities were excellent - first class, modern gym. Room was decent...pitch dark at night and could do with a night light around switch or similar, we left the bathroom mirror light on our second night! Really comfy bed, tv was ok, kettle etc helpful. Nice big room...no issues with the room other than the black dark night time routine - no window which we new about in advance!! Friendly helpful staff who gave us some very useful information on transport, sights etc. Breakfast was superb, plentiful no issues. Nice stay...thank you"
