The surrounding gardens and wildlife providing much interest throughout our stay. Considerate selection of guest amenities, electric blanket & bedding/ towels. A very large/cosy lounge dining area & kitchen. The hosts have excelled in the kitchen, all equipment you will need, with surprising “coffee pods” what a delicious way to start your beautiful nature morning. A lovely guest touch, Northumbria Parking Disc Permits. Warm in person touch by hosts, checking we were all ok after arrival. As a retired hotelier, I was thrilled to see hospitality alive & excelling in Northumbria."

Most of our visits were only 10 to 15 minutes away.Excellent choice of both takeaway food and pub food within short distance, plus a good choice of supermarkets in Berwick (10 minutes drive) and an excellent choice of artisan foods at the numerous farm shops dotted around the area."
