"All was good with our stay however we only had one towel and one cup/ hospitality items- we raised this as we left and were told they didn’t know 2 people were staying although said : on Booking Also we were surprised to be charged £10 for onsite parking just for one night it seemed excessive "

"Stayed here for one night after landing at Gatwick as it was a reletiveky short distance away. The building is lovely, in a very quiet area. The rooms are classic for an older property with sloping floors, that took some getting use to, but added to the character. "Countryside enfolded the TJS and as soon as we walked in we were made to feel welcomed. Our room was clean and fresh. Everything you needed had been thought of, big walk-in shower. fluffy robes, small fridge with water and milk for your tea. We only had breakfast but was freshly cooked and lasted us all day. We loved our stay and would definitely go back. TJS gets our thumbs up. "

"Lovely Sussex country setting. The bedrooms are all very cosy and tastefully decorated. The bathroom in our suite was very luxurious. Modern tv in the room with streamed channels available. Plenty of sockets for charging phones, etc. The hosts could not have been more welcoming and took very good care of us - thank you."

"Holly House is a lovely place to stay - Dee is the most delightful host and her garden is just gorgeous. The room was perfect for my two-night stay in the area, to visit relatives and National Trust properties. A very comfortable bed, and hot shower. The breakfast options were excellent and set me up for the day ahead. The proximity (within easy walking distance) of a good country pub, The Red Lion, was a bonus for evening meals - highly recommended. I would love to return one day to Holly...

"I stayed in the Love & Peace cottage. I initially was only staying a few days, but resulted in staying 3 weeks due to my father's health. Pat, the owner, was so welcoming and then so accommodating with the uncertainty of my length of stay. Going through a rollercoaster of emotions, Pat always made sure I was ok. "I think the lower than average price makes it value for money. Parking space not always available, council carpark across the road £5 a day. Kitchen worktops needed replacing as burn marks & laminate peels. Good large tv in lounge & bedroom. "
