"Very comfortable bed in a large—a bit dated—bedroom. The onsite restaurant is convenient since the hotel is located in a mainly residential area. The staff are very helpful. The shuttle service to the airport is a plus. "

"We had a lovely room overlooking the Swan River and the hotel's location is perfect for the CBD with a large public car park at a discounted rate located just down the road. Rooftop pool was wonderful, too."

"Room was clean, bathroom was clean. Staff were friendly. Had all the amenities needed if required. "

"The room was clean, but devoid of cutlery. The pool was not as advertised and could not be used as was unheated and outside. We booked it for the pool for our kids. Hotels.com were willing to change the booking but when they called rhe Plaza, the receptionist refused to make any changes saying that we had now checked in. This unwillingness to help left a sour taste in our mouths. "

"I couldn't see parking, it's on a main road, small frontage hotel.The room was clean, wasnt done properly everyday. What I ordered for breakfast was not great. The Hotel over all was OK it was not what I was expecting. Did not have room service but would order for you at a local restaurant to delivery then charged you if you wanted it delivered to your room. While I didnt find the hotel great, as in no proper bar, all they had was 3 house wines. I can not fault the staff they were all very polite and welcoming. If you don't mind not have room service, a bar or resturant, then it is a fine place to stay but I would not stay there again, for those reasons."
