Our recent stay at Wayfinder in Honolulu was a mixed experience. The staff were notably polite and accommodating, swiftly addressing any issues that arose. When I called the lobby about drainage problems in the bathroom, they promptly sent someone to fix it, and the matter was resolved within minutes.
However, there were significant drawbacks to my stay as well. The internet connection in the room was very poor, with almost no signal and severe lag, making it difficult to accomplish even basic tasks online. Additionally, when I requested room cleaning on the third day of my stay, I was disappointed by the quality of the service.It felt rushed and incomplete.
Also the room didn't look as good as the pictures online. Overall, it was okay, but there's room for improvement.
