-Lost key fees $200.00 per key replacement needed. -Remove shoes before entering. Shoes may be stored inside doorway. -Quiet hours 10pm to 8am
-Shared washer/dryer. Limit 3 hours per usage. Remove laundry immediately after so other residents can use the machines. -Only flush toilet paper.
