I love the lobby which was designed to feel like a comfortable, luxurious home living room rather than a traditional, sterile hotel reception. It often features warm lighting, plush seating, and curated art pieces, making it a great place to relax or meet people. My Dining experience at The Hari The hotel's culinary offerings are a significant draw, focusing on high-quality ingredients and expertly curated wine pairings. This Zoku Restaurant & The Terrace: Zoku offers a modern take on Japanese cuisine. You can expect a menu that highlights fresh sushi, sashimi, and robata grilled items. They often feature an impressive selection of sake and innovative cocktails. The service across the hotel, especially in the restaurants, is generally praised for being attentive, knowledgeable, and unobtrusive."

"Convenient location with 711, restaurant and public transit at the door. Good room service, we got extra towels right away when asked the cleaning lady. Only drawback is the room size, however it is typical in HK."
The Harbourview - Chinese YMCA of Hong Kong

"The Harbourview Chinese YMCA of HK is a good hotel for regular and family stays. We had booked a room that fits three of us for our July'26 holiday trip to HK. Turns out the hotel only placed an extra rollaway bed at the corner of the room which made the room a tight squeeze. The room was decent and well appointed but I had no space to sit to do any work. Turns out there is absolutely no space in the hotel with a desk; there are two computers in the lobby but with only standing room. I found tables and chairs on the Mez floor, was able to use one of them, but was chased away. This hotel is definitely not business-traveler friendly. The housekeeping staff was very friendly, courteous, and attentive, offering to update our linens daily; had we not hung our DND tag at the door, they would have cleaned our room daily. The bell staff was also friendly, helpful, and eager to provide assistance offering umbrellas on frequent rainy days. The front-desk staff's service was however just mediocre, had no answers, and provided no follow-up nor follow-through about using a table/chair for business work. Overall, The Harbourview is doable for holiday travelers with max two people to a room which is decently sized and accesorized. Service was above average minus the front-desk staff."

"The bell staff and the concierge were amazing and very helpful and accommodating. Really helped us out with a variety of things very grateful to them for the assistance! All the other staff were friendly as well and on the whole the service across the hotel was v good."

"Overall very good place to stay. Rooms were clean and modern enough. Aircon was a little noisy in my room though, Staff friendly and amenities great. Breakfast at the main restaurant is good, not as expensive as others I’ve stayed at but plenty of options still. There hotel was a close walk to the North Side metro station. Shops and markets in walking distance also. The entrance to the hotel was a little inconspicuous, situated on the market side. Overall a pleasant stay."

"Please have someone assist the visitors with their luggages when they check in and check-out. Please also provide bigger garbage cans. Please provide a floor mat outside the shower to help dry the feet after showering. But we really like your hotel. The designs and interior decorations were so good. The location was also very convenient to take the MTR. We will definitely stay again. Thank you so much."
