"Such a beautiful and clean property! Only 10 minutes away from the boat ramp and had boat trailer parking. We brought our family and pup and had a blast catching scallops. This place had everything we needed, even a fenced in yard for our

. The owner was very nice and quick to answer any questions we had prior and during our stay. I highly recommend this property to anybody wanting to come to Homosassa for scallop season."

"The place was perfect for our family, me my husband and our daughter, the host had everything ready for us at the welcome center with packets of the amenities at the park and in the community which we used! She was super helpful and responsive if we had any questions. The property had everything we needed for a weeks stay. Plus a washer and dryer which made it even better! Also the cabin was very clean (: we can’t wait to come back and book with her again! "
