"We had great stay at the hotel . Everyone was very nice starting from front desk to utility personnel. Cafeteria had great selection and different sections and Starbucks in lobby was great location too. Shuttles to universal studios was also quick and reliable. "

"The property has multiple pools and hot tubs which my family used. The room was large with a lot of space to hang out , watch TV, with a functioning kitchen which I wasn’t expecting. Did try to eat at the sit down restaurant The Grill and eventually left after no one took our order after waiting a while . Restaurant is NOT staffed adequately."

"Beautiful resort and super close to Disney parks. Loved how breakfast is included and it’s pretty decent for the price. Rooms were very modern and clean. A few downsides were the squeaky bed and shower like previous reviews mentioned but other than that it’s a great resort with amenities for the price !!"

"This was our second time staying here, and it was not the best experience. We arrived to check in around 11pm, and after 45 minutes waiting in line we were finally given our keys. There should be a separate line for guests who properly check in online, because once I got to the counter, it only took three minutes to hand me the room keys, and sign for incidentals. When we got to the room, on the surface it appeared “clean” but once we began walking around we felt and saw the floors had not been swept, the counters were not properly cleaned, and the bed sheets had stains all over. The room was not clean at all. It did not resemble our first experience at this hotel."
