The room was in good condition, and the staff was courteous. At the high full room rate I was expecting more people at the hotel. It was empty so I would have been more relaxed at a hotel for less money and more people.

Hotel Arista was an excellent choice. We were visiting family in the Naperville area and needed a nice hotel close to their home, and Hotel Arista did not disappoint. Hotel Arista is exceptional in comfort, location, dining, and cleanliness. This area is within reasonable distance of local attractions without interruption of loud movement of the city. The two dining options provided on site has some of the best dishes I've ever enjoyed. The staff was very attentive and pleasant. This will be our planned stay for visiting the area in the future.
