On a clear day, you don't have to worry about anything. You can see the hypnotizing waves of the ocean, the boats cruising the Intracoastal Waterway, and beyond to the island's end. This house embodies those feelings with its comfortably furnished rooms and thoughtful provisions for those individuals looking to escape the busy day-to-day life on the mainland.

The house is conveniently located by both beach and sound side accesses, each just an easy walk away. A few restaurants and shops are just minutes back to the commercial area of Topsail Beach, and more restaurants and shopping are a short drive back into Surf City. The house has a reversed living floor plan, which places the common areas on the top floor and the sleeping areas on the lower floor. The top floor contains the living area, dining area, kitchen, a full bathroom accessed via a short hallway from the living area, and a bedroom with a private balcony.

The lower floor contains 3 bedrooms. One of the bedrooms on this level has a private bathroom, while the other two bedrooms share a bathroom accessed via the hallway. There is an elevator available for guest use that provides access to each level of the house, including the ground-floor carport area. Cable TV and wireless internet service is provided for your convenience. A full-sized washer and dryer are located inside the property. The outside shower has hot & cold water and is enclosed.

Bed sizes include 3 Queens and 2 Twins. Pillows and blankets are provided.
