Just when I thought the stay couldn’t been less enjoyable, the shower in the morning was a constantly fluctuating hot, cold, hot, cold… Then during checkout time there’s not a single staff member in sight and just a key drop box, like they’re purposely hiding to not have to deal with the complaints in person. "

"The outside of the building is a stark contrast to the inside of the building, which was a relief. The room was clean and comfortable. The restaurant was aesthetically pleasing but the food was very disappointing. It was the worst steak my husband said he has ever had. He is an ex-chef. Both of our meals were warm-cold. The male restaurant staff member was not very friendly and uniform was scruffy. Heating the plates and ensuring food arrives hot would go a long way to improving things. "
