"お正月過ぎに利用しました。ホテルは値段相当な感じでした。強いて言えば、シャワーの出が弱かった感じします。ホテルの方は親切で安心して宿泊出来ました。早朝到着でしたが、お部屋が空いていたのかすぐチェックイン出来、良かったです。また、立地的には近くにヴァンハンモールがあったり、飲食店も多い場所になります。何気に寄った屋台のご飯が美味しかったです。中心部からは3〜4㎞離れており、バイクタクシーが便利でした。チョロンにも比較的近く楽しめました。中心部のホテルも良いかもですが、また利用したいです。"

"Our stay had a rough start, but overall ended up being pleasant. Before our arrival, I contacted the host (Nam) because we were traveling with two children and expected to arrive around 11:00 AM. Since check-in was after 2:00 PM, I asked if early check-in might be possible. The host told me to call when we arrived. When we arrived around 11:45 AM, I was informed that our reserved 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment was not available. The host offered two separate units next to each other, but I declined because we were traveling together as a family and specifically booked a single apartment. We were then asked to wait while someone took our luggage. About 15 minutes later, we were told that although we had booked the apartment for 3 nights, it was only available for 2 nights and that we would need to move rooms during our stay. After a long flight from the U.S. with two tired children, this was very frustrating and disappointing. Fortunately, after discussing the issue, the host was able to honor our original reservation, and we checked into our apartment around 1:50 PM. From that point on, everything went smoothly. Communication improved, and the remainder of our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. While the arrival experience was stressful and could have been handled better, I appreciate that the host ultimately resolved the situation. Overall, we had a good stay and enjoyed the property."

"The hotel’s spa was excellent, with a relaxing atmosphere and great treatments. Its convenient location made it easy to explore nearby attractions, restaurants, and shops. I had a wonderful stay. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly, professional, and always helpful. Their warm hospitality made me feel welcome throughout my stay. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and comfort, and I would gladly return."

"I made two reservations for two rooms from date May 16-19. When we got into the hotels find the hotel rooms and amenities are dirty ,dark small and with bad smell. So terrible. Every thing is not the same as we saw from the picture from your booking web site. Though we had checked in, but we immediately moved out and stayed in another hotel.I did asked for the refund and the live agent from Expediate did promised me to talk to the hotel and get some refund as a compensation for loss within 48-72 hours. However until today June 6 I still have not got any response. Expediate is a sound booking agent for the hotel, it’s hard to believe has a bad service like this. I and my travel companions will never trust and book the hotels from you again. I hope to Get the response and solutions on my loss soon."
