Our stay at Reverie was absolutely wonderful. The staff at the Residence Suite was excellent from start to finish — welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Great location and lovely breakfast but the standout quality were the staff who were incredibly sweet and kind. The style of the hotel is very “lavish” but you can see that from the photos. My only criticism would be cleanliness as our residence had clothing in the washer from the previous guests and hair bands etc under furniture. Otherwise, it was very clean but a hotel of this standard shouldn’t overlook these details.
