I was originally booked somewhere else, but the hotel I booked didn't exist. I found this place last minute and it was pretty good. The host is very friendly. I know HCMC very well so it was convenient for me. For a first time visitor it may be "far" from the backpacker area, but this is a much better experience to have in Vietnam.
