This is my third time at the Silverland Sil Hotel. The staff are consistently friendly and professional. The property is always clean. The gym is in good condition. The jacuzzi is always appreciated. The air conditioning in my room is consistently cold. And whenever I return from lunch, the cleaning lady never fails to tidy up my room and give me fresh towels. I definitely plan to return in the near future.

I had a minor mishap with the air conditioning not working when I arrived. But they put me up in another room and everything was good. I always stay here when I’m in Ho Chi Minh City. I’m returning in September and will be staying at this hotel once again. The staff are wonderful and extremely helpful.

I travel to HCMC regularly on business and Silverland Sil is the hotel I book most times. It is always clean and well cared for and the location makes it easy to get to meetings around the city. The staff are really what sets this hotel apart. Ms. Keisha, Mr. Phuc and their colleagues at the front desk, always handle my check-in and check-out efficiently and warmly which is appreciated in early morning arrivals. Mr. Son, as concierge, is always helpful with arranging taxis to anywhere I need to go in HCMC - which saves me time and takes away some stress. Thanks to the whole team for making every stay so easy. I would recommend Silverland Sil to other business travelers and look forward to my next visit. LWJ Nernberg

The breakfast at this restaurant is fantastic. Not only is the menu extensive, but you can also enjoy pho, a Vietnamese specialty. Mr. Shin Vi's smiling service is superb. Thanks to him, I can get through the day.Nice hospitality!!

The hotel is perfectly placed in district 1 next to Little Tokyo. Several key tourist areas in district 1 are within walking distance. The staff are all friendly and professional. The property is clean and breakfast was fresh every morning. They even have a free lunchtime tea for everyone. You can’t beat this place for value and quality.

I had an excellent stay at the Silverland Sil Hotel. The hotel is very nice and located in Japan Town, close to many restaurants and bars. Everyone at the reception was friendly and helpful, and Ashley gave me many great suggestions about the city. A special bonus was the live music performance by local musicians on a weekend afternoon. I would gladly stay at this hotel again.

The staff stand out at this hotel - so helpful and welcoming. Our room was spotless and very spacious. Great location too. Breakfasts and afternoon tea were really good - changed daily and lots of choice. My only criticism was the WiFi - it was painfully slow.
