Great spot for backpackers. Clean room, killer location, loads of street food around. No lift, but honestly the price makes up for it. Would stay again.
I stayed for a short business trip and appreciated how peaceful the hotel was despite being close to Bui Vien. The staff were kind and even helped me find a late-night convenience store. The entrance alley might surprise first-timers, and there’s no lift, but the room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the value excellent. Would return.
Hotel’s website’s pictures look like doctored/AI. It is in a small alley with 3 separate buildings. Our family and friends were split up. NO elevators!!
Good things about it is that the walk ability to shops and Bui Viên street and the staff was nice.
I booked this place thinking. Okay, it's cheap, let's survive.
Turns out… I thrived.
The room was clean, Wi-Fi worked (bless), and the staff were so sweet they carried my giant suitcase like it weighed nothing. Only downside: no elevator, so your legs will learn humility. But hey, the alley to the hotel has amazing food, so you’ll gain the calories back anyway.
It is located almost in the center of Bui Vien Street, but in an alley so it is a quiet environment. The rooms are clean and the staff are friendly. There is shampoo, body soap, and hand soap provided. There is also a free breakfast, although it is a small amount. It is a great hotel for the price.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Clean rooms. Front desk staff helpful with tour bookings. Menu breakfast included. Kettle and fridge in room. Bathroom shower clean. Central to bus routes. Situated on a Laneway with 2 properties under Saigon Cozy Banner so could be confusing. Overall though excellent value for money. A boutique hotel at a backpacker price.
Great experience staying at the hotel. Very good and clean. The staff are really kind and helpful especially Pony. She gave all of the information needed and was very informative. She definitely made that experience much more better. Gave lots of inside information and tips and she is definitely an asset to the hotel.
The room has a good space, good bed, tv, frigobar, ar Cond.
The hotel is located in a small street, which you cant enter with a car, you have to walk a little beach.
Located near the Bui Vien Street, very noisy.
One bad think is the hotel doesnt have the elevator, so you have to get a narrow stair with your luggage, like 3, 4 floors!
