Room was clean. I found, and kilked few sugar ants on the bathroom sink every time I was at the sink, I reported and front desk offered to do exterminate but I did not want to have it exterminate while in the room, but this issue would NOT take their rating away. Insects love to live in the tropical places. The safe in this room was not working properly, sometimes it locked and I could not open to get important stuffs in there, thanks to my handy husband, I let him in charge open/close the safe for the time of staying. Staffs provided excellent services, helped us with the new apps for taxi, called taxi for us, answered and assisted all our needs. If I come back Ho Chi Minh, I definitely stay here again because of the staffs, clean, and the room is large, plenty space for 3 of us, and all our luggages, very comfortable, quiet even our room window (on 4th floor) was the front facing the busy, noisy streets.
