PACIFIC 19 Kona
Parking lot was sold out and we were not told until arrival. Directions for where to park was unclear and staff did not provide more information or clarity. Kona Reef, A Raintree Vacation Club Resort
Enternet was slow and aircon in living room didn’t work. Be we are local and from the island so it didn’t affect us in anyway. We enjoyed our stay and had the best family putting for the weekend. Would definitely do it again. Mahalo

Kona Islander Vacation Club
Only great thing was its location. The hotel is dated. Our roomnwaa on the ground level wirg a sliding glad door to the patio that DIDNOT lock. Tv was broke it would only buffer when a channel was selected. We were required to take out the trash or get charged more.
