"Nothing beats the view on the second-story veranda; I loved that they had a bar right by the comfy and spacious outdoor seating. Staff were friendly, room and lobby were clean. Beautiful fire pit area & really nice game room. Cool but confusing layout— the construction areas and dated (but very clean) pool area gave backrooms vibes, but honestly I kind of liked it."

"Great little place with one major issue. None of the rooms that I could see have blackout curtains on their front windows. With the front walkway exterior lighting shining right thru the windows it’s a wonder that more people haven’t complained."

"If you’re visiting RMNP, I’d most definitely recommend a stay at Hotel Estes. Awesome, friendly staff that are very approachable and helpful. It’s also fairly close to downtown Estes - which is home to a fair bit of amenities and restaurants (EV charging, grocery stores, laundromat). Most importantly, the backdrop. You walk out to the mountains staring you in the face. Gorgeous view!"

"Beautiful hotel grounds. Very nice staff. We enjoyed eating our breakfast outside by the creek. Good location. However, our double queen room was very small (too small) for our family of 4 - we couldn't get out of each other's way. But otherwise, we enjoyed our stay"
