"Rooms were clean, and they gave our group connecting rooms which was a bonus. The decor is home-y with lots of common areas to spend time together on the property. Breakfast was excellent with lots of great & unique options. Very convenient location for visit RMNP"

"Great location, clean and well maintained. Only drawbacks were no elevator and the walls and floor are super thin so you hear everything! Stay on the 3rd floor for quiet but keep in mind you’ll have to drag your luggage 3 flights lol "

"Great location for visiting RMNP and Estes Park. Clean and spacious for family of 4 with 2 teens (as pictured in listing). My daughter didn’t like the ground floor bedroom as she felt isolated but the murphy bed upstairs worked great as a solution. Would definitely recommended though you'll want to bring or buy your own soap/etc as the stuff provided is pretty minimal (and there was almost no laundry detergent left). Safeway is an easy walk or drive for folks and house is in walking distance to downtown for restaurants, etc. Everything worked great and the instructions were very clear so we didn’t have a need to get in touch with the hosts during our stay."
