"Free breakfast and dinner, which was awesome when you had limited options in Downtown St. Louis. The Arch is just downstairs. Clean and quiet. 24/7 hot water and coffee. Highly recommend to friends and families. "

"The hotel is beautiful and a safe place to stay but in my 3 week stay, my room was cleaned twice (even after requesting more). I asked to have the parking fee removed for the 1 1/2 weeks that I was there since the parking garage gates were open the whole time and everyone in the city could park for free, but I was told "no". No other explanation than it was required of the people staying there and no manager was available to speak with. There was no empathy at all by any of the people at the front desk."

"COFFEE: Hotel does not have Decaf coffee. FIRE: In-room Fire Alarm BLASTED out "THIS IS NOT A DRILL. NOT A FALSE ALARM. A FIRE HAS BEEN REPORTED IN THE BUILDING. PLEASE EXIT THE BUILDING ASAP USING THE NEAREST STAIRS TO YOU”. We frantically gather essentials, in our pajamas, key belongings running down nearest stairs when dawned on me to call hotel & ask where the FIRE is located. Front desk said just a TEST. NO FIRE. Panicked in a frenzy, running for our lives we thought, for NOTHING. The irresponsibility of the staff in this hotel can not be overstated. RENETTA: (front desk staff member). Very unprofessional and disgusting attitude. This conversation took place on Tuesday May 5th, 2026 around 9:10pm. May we have a couple of bottled waters, please? “There are none!” None at all? “NO! There are no waters available." There is not one single bottle of water available in this entire building? "That’s correct! Well, there is, but they are only for the Elites in the hotel and they are about to start coming down, so….” Oh. I see. Okay then. Thank you. Have a good evening.I think, Renetta uses this line "only for the Elites" as an intimidation tactic, and as an attempt to try and demean guest. For what reason? We don’t know. But she did that evening. The sad and more than likely truth is; Renetta’s "means", our probably the furthest away from being Elite than most of the guest that stay in your hotel. I would absolutely bet $1000.00, they’d be less than mine."

"Staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. Loved the pressure of the showerhead...something that isn't usually the best in a hotel room. Breakfast selections were numerous and delicious. Enjoyed the evening kickbacks as well. Appreciated the secure parking garage. Only thing not up to par was something was spilled in the hallway that wasn't vacuumed over three days. Overall, a great experience and would 100% stay here again!"
