Super convenient location, opposite Onomichi Station. Walking distance to most attractions and food options. The room was clean and relatively quiet. The staff were friendly, helpful and spoke English when my Japanese wasn’t quite up to scratch. I would definitely stay again.

This was the perfect starting point to our Shimanami Kaido bike tour. Comfortable, convenient location with helpful staff to help us on our way (they were especially helpful in arranging our luggage to be forwarded to our ending location). Minutes away from the train station, bike rental shops and ferry terminals. Could not ask for anything more! Highly recommended

Staff were very kind. They arranged luggage forwarding for me. Location is excellent. It’s right by the train station and the ferry terminal for the Shimanami Kaido. Free snack + water as welcome gifts. Everything was clean.

Great location for walking the boardwalk, easy access to bike paths, very attentive staff. Get to breakfast early however, as offerings do not “age” well on the steam table.

Great location, convenient to the Shimanami bike rental and the ferry for starting our ride across Shimanami Kaido. Very accommodating about storing our luggage and arranging to send it to Imabari when we made a last minute change to our cycling plans because of the weather. Economy rooms were tiny but comfortable.

Great positioned hotel in a great town.

Located across the road from the train station and right on the water this is a fantastic hotel in a great town. Double room with water views was not only super comfortable but of good size. Buffet breakfast has plenty of variety and strong hot coffee. Everything in town is walkable and would definitely stay here again.

Your room was wonderful and a great design for solo travellers. Dyson hair dryer was very unexpected. One thing I would say is once you sit something down for the breakfast buffet, and another group of two comes in, asking me to move from my space when I’m already picking food requires me to be nice.

This was a great place to start the shimanami kaido bike trail. The only drawback was the room was very hot and you could neither open the window or turn the air on. The hotel controls the air conditioning for cost purposes

Very nice hotel with bright clean rooms in a very central location. The only suggested improvement would be to have more western style breakfast choices. Despite having paid for breakfast, I tended to go to the bakery at the station instead. Overall a pleasant stay and would return if in the area.
