The property was a little dated but would have been very opulent in its day. Large rooms, comfortable beds and lovely views. The shuttle bus to the station was a huge bonus.

This hotel is BEAUTIFUL! The staff is super friendly and willing to help, the rooms (Japanese style) are amazing and really large. You have a view of the ocean and the Tori in Miyajima. The breakfast buffet is delicious and the private onsen was a great experience after our hike to Mount Misen. There is a very convenient shuttle to the Ferry Station. I can't recommend this hotel enough, we really liked it!

昭和レトロな雰囲気で広い館内でしたが、清掃もいきとどいており、とても気持ちよく過ごせました。 マウンテンビューの予約でしたが、宮島側へアップグレードしてあり、対岸の景色に感動しました。 ナイトクルージングも最高でした。

宮島が目の前に見えるホテルで、ナイトクルーズに惹かれて伺いました。 厳島神社の鳥居の近くまでクルーズ船で行き、ライトアップしてくださり、幻想的でとても綺麗でした。 また朝食がバイキングで、普段は朝から食べられない息子が、たくさん食べていました。 特におにぎり！めちゃくちゃ美味しかったです！ あとだし巻き玉子も美味しかったです！ 他にも瀬戸内ならではの牡蠣などの食材がたくさんあり、どれも美味しくいただきました。 ただ冷房が全館調整なのか、温度は各部屋では設定できず、布団をかぶって寝てちょうど良かったです。 ありがとうございました。

建物は古いけど、設備は綺麗にしてあり満足でしたが、クーラーの温度設定がなくて、 弱でもキンキンにききます。 繁忙期でしたので、レストランでの応対が不満足でした。 和会席と朝食の味付けが薄い？ 出汁がきいていない感じ。改善した方が良いと思います…あと朝食のカレーがレトルトなのも 大変残念でした。 お部屋は良かった。

オーシャンビューの部屋に滞在し、厳島神社の赤鳥居も部屋から見れ、いい環境です。朝食のバイキングもだし巻きやおにぎりを目の前で調理していたり、メニューも豊富で満足しました。大浴場も露天やサウナもあり充実しています。

今回は、観光目的で母と2人で利用した。全体的に、とても快適に過ごすことができ、いい思い出に残る広島旅行となった。 特に良かったところは3つ。 まず、スタッフの対応がいい。帰り際、「ありがとうございました！」と深々とお辞儀をして元気よく最後の挨拶をしてくれた時はとても嬉しく、また来たいなと思わせてくれた。 2つ目は、景色。部屋が海側だったので、ベランダから見える厳島神社の大鳥居は最高だった。 3つ目は、最寄りの駅での無料送迎サービス。最寄りの駅からホテルまでは歩いて15分近くかかるので、無料の送迎サービスはとてもありがたく、何度も利用させてもらった。 1つ改善点を挙げるとすれば、エレベーターで一気に1階まで行くことができなかったので、大浴場やレストランを利用するときに不便だった。足が不自由な方は気をつけた方がいい。

電話応答接客申し分ないです。凄く良い。 ただ建物が年数たっているので部屋の空調が個々で調整できない事、隣の部屋の騒音が響く、お風呂が貸切しか海が見える露天風呂がない。そこが非常に残念。 ホテル周辺に歩いて行けるような夕食を食べる所がない。夕食無しだと非常に難しい。 ホテル内にレンジを設置してもらえると 夕食無しでも温められます。

We had such an amazing experience at this hotel. We both have tattoos, so we booked the private onsen which happened to have the most breathtaking view. We enjoyed it so much! The kaiseki dinner was tasty and the intention to detail was impressive. The view from our room was also incredible and the staff was very friendly. Would absolutely recommend staying here.

宮島の鳥居までのナイトクルージングは最高でした。昼間の宮島までの移動に船上タクシー？を利用したのですが、鳥居の近くまで運転してくれて、値段はフェリーより高めですが、味わうことができない雰囲気もあり、とても良かったです。お勧めです。
