"Upon entering the hotel we had to wait about 5 minutes before we were greeted by the staff. Our room was very clean and spacious. The breakfast the next morning was delicious and hot. The kitchen staff kept everything clean and refilled items on the breakfast bar when needed. The juice machine needs to be replaced or to be repaired. Parking lot needs to be repaired and we also had to pay for parking. I believe there should not be a parking fee unless you had concierge service. They are remodeling this hotel, so I can understand some of the mess is not their fault. But, on this review I would stay there again if in the area of Charlotte, North Carolina. WilmotDM, Southwest Virginia"
