My flight was cancelled and I was so grateful for how easy it was to book a room and how quickly the shuttle arrived to pick me up. Compared to the price of nearby hotels, this was a bargain for exactly what I needed. Everyone was very helpful and courteous.

Great last minute pick

I booked very last minute when I could not board a flight. The area was close to the airport and quiet and fairly safe. I stayed with my adult daughter and felt safe during our stay. The office staff was great and very efficient. The air conditioning worked great, and the bed was super comfy too to allow a good nights sleep.

Great for a night close to CLT

Great location super close to the CLT airport. The room was comfortable, clean and nice. The staff very friendly. Be aware that airport shuttle runs only upto 11 pm.

Good place to stay and very close to CLT

The shuttle service driver was excellent as I had left my phone in his car and he came back so I could retrieve it. The room was clean and I liked the layout of the room.

Hotel was great, very comfortable. Guests might not like the planes flying over head but i loved it. Free shuttle but no breakfast, just coffee. Close to the airport.

This is getting many updates and not everything is ready. But the room was very clean and nice. The bed was so comfortable. The front desk person was so helpful since I was stranded there because my connecting flight was delayed until the next day. Also itis close to the airport. I would stay there again.

The hotel is making good efforts on renovations and upkeep. However, my room's bathroom had obvious signs of ceiling rot and other parts of my floor or wall seemed unclean. The bedding was new and fresh. The TV worked well and I had no loud neighbors. Some people lurking around seemed a bit sketchy but overall, it was a good value for the price I paid. I would stay here again if I needed to budget.

Good… enough.

It was decent; convenient location close to the airport. Property could use some better upkeep. I’d use caution with the shower; I slipped and fell but thankfully caught myself. If the property reads this, I recommend you swap out the showers with one that has a textured grip floor.

Cheap wuth cimfy beds

We stayed a night before flying out if charlotte. The room was remodeled. Both beds were comfortable.The room was smelly and AC noise was so load that we wouldn't hear the airplane at all.I had yo kill a Cockroach running on the wall. You get what you paid for.The only 5 stars is its convenient close mocation to airport

We didn’t have a high expectation in the beginning. The linens were clean. The problem was the smell of the weed but I understand there is nothing they can do about it. The office staff was friendly. Overall, our staying was fine. Little overpriced.
