"The room was very clean and comfortable but the outside of the hotel looked a bit rough. My only problem with the room was that the hair dryer did not work. The staff was very nice and helpful. It was a good place to stay for the price and convenience of getting to the airport for an early flight. I would book it again."

"Arrived late night after flight was cancelled. Jeremy at the front desk was so very helpful and nice. He was efficient and got me to my room quickly so I could get the 4 hours sleep I needed before the rescheduled flight. He also drove the van to the airport the next day. (A few hours later.) The water was $3 from their pantry area, which is ridiculous. Overall, the hotel did what it needed to do. The bed was comfy and the room was clean"

"Our room was terrific: spacious, clean, well-appointed and very comfortable. The staff were all helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. However, we had 2 issues: there was a strong sewer-like smell coming from the bathroom sink, and although it dissipated after a while, it never quite disappeared. Also, the living room air conditioner made a constant loud whining noise until we finally had to turn it off. We didn't want to call downstairs about either of those issues because we needed to go to sleep very early and so couldn't wait for someone to fix it."
