"The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is very spacious and clean, good quality linen, very comfortable bed. It is older building, but they maintained well. The location is very close to the shopping centre in Elizabeth St (David Jones and Myer), and restaurants at Burke St. Also has trams right in front of the hotel"

"One of the most gorgeous, beautiful and luxury hotels I've ever been to. The first thing that hits you when you walk in the great smell of a flowery scent in the air. Then the veautiful palace like stairs and fountains. The staff are supper friendly and helpfull. The bar and their Malba restaurant were fantastic with so many options and varieties. For sure try their chicken club sandwich!"

"The room was well equipped with a kitchenette (including full sized fridge) and everything was very clean. Great location. Beds were a tad too soft though. Highly recommended overall though."
